Find the products you want using our intelligent search function. Enter the product name in the search box found at the top centre of every page. Our intelligent search matches your search term with our products. Select the desired product, click on it to display it in the detailed view.

Once you have found the item you want, select the number of products you want and place them in the shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ icon. Repeat these steps until all the desired products are in the desired quantity in the shopping cart.

Once you have placed all the products you want to order in the shopping cart, click on ‘Checkout’. If you are already a MIANTI.ch customer, log in now with your e-mail address and your password. If you are a new customer, please enter your personal details on the right-hand side of the form. As an existing customer, click on ‘Login’, as a new customer on ‘Next’.

  1. Select payment method and shipping method

Select the payment and shipping method you want. Both specifications are mandatory. Please note that for the selection of the payment method, an automatic credit check is carried out after you have entered your address data. The ‘Invoice’ payment method is only displayed if this credit check is positive. Please also note that the credit check system may not find your coordinates, for example because you want your delivery to be sent to an office address. In this case, do not hesitate and write us a short message. We will briefly check your request individually and, if necessary, activate it manually so that the ‘Invoice’ option is visible to you. By entering your address and clicking ‘Continue’, you agree.

After choosing the payment and shipping method and checking your order, click on ‘Continue’.

On the following page, confirm that you have read the general terms and conditions and decide to subscribe to the newsletter, which provides information about innovations and special offers relating to MIANTI.ch. Enter any voucher codes on the same page, which will then be deducted directly from the order amount. At this point there is also the possibility to allow MIANTI.ch to comment. Simply enter it in the comment field on the right.

Methods of payment

MIANTI.ch offers payment in advance, on account, by credit card or via PayPal. The payment modalities depend on various factors. It is not guaranteed that every payment method will be offered with every order. All credit card and Paypal/TWINT payments are processed via secure connections on the provider’s servers. MIANTI.ch does not store any customer credit card and/or Paypal/TWINT data.

  1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery and shipping costs

MIANTI.ch endeavours to process all orders as quickly as possible. However, a fixed delivery time cannot be guaranteed. It depends on the one hand on the order time and on the other hand on the availability of the products in stock. Deliveries are made within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The shipping costs are CHF 4.90 for A-Mail. Depending on the amount of the order, the shipping costs can be omitted entirely.

  1. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT MIANTI.CH

Subscription

MIANTI.ch allows you to order your products on a subscription basis. The articles that can be ordered as a subscription are marked as such on the product detail page. Click on the subscription price. You will then be shown the options delivery interval and runtime. For the delivery interval, specify the time interval at which you want to receive the selected products. With the term, you determine how long your subscription should run.

  1. VOUCHERS AT MIANTI.CH

Buy vouchers from MIANTI.ch for amounts of CHF 20, CHF 50, CHF 100 and CHF 200. You will then receive a voucher code by e-mail, which you can enter the next time you make a purchase under the ‘Payment method’ tab under ‘Redeem voucher’ and can therefore be balanced out. Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed: If the order amount is less than the voucher amount, either more must be ordered or the voucher redeemed at the next opportunity.

  1. YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT AT MIANTI.CH

In order to view your customer account, you must be logged in. After you have either opened an account or logged in, click on ‘My Account’, the little man you will find on the top right of the page. There are various menu items to choose from in customer account management:

My account

Under the menu item ‘My account’ you will find an overview of all information relating to your account. These are the user information, the selected payment method, the primary billing and delivery address and your newsletter settings. All information on these detailed points can be changed directly below the list with one click.

My orders

Under ‘My orders’ you can see all the orders that you have made at MIANTI.ch to date. In addition to the date and the order number, you will also find the shipping method and the current order status in the table. Under ‘Display’ you can display your orders again in detail.

My subscriptions

Your active subscriptions are displayed under the menu item ‘My subscriptions’. You will find the creation date, the order number, the delivery interval and the expiry date of your existing subscriptions.

Change billing address

With the menu item ‘Change billing address’ you can change the address where we should send the bill to you. After making the adjustments, click on ‘Change’.

Change delivery address

If you want to change your delivery address, click on the menu item ‘Change delivery address’. Then enter your new coordinates and click on ‘Change’ again to finish.

Change payment method

Once you have decided on a payment method, it will be saved for you. If you want to change the payment method, click on the menu item ‘Change payment method’. All payment methods available to you are listed there. Select the desired payment method and click on ‘Change’ again.

Wish lists

To manage your wish lists, click on the menu item ‘Wish lists’. To create a new Wishlist, enter any name for your Wishlist and click ‘Create Wishlist’. Then search for the desired products or orders in the ‘Article name or order number’ field and a selection will be displayed to you in the form of a drop-down menu. If you have found the desired product or the desired order, click on ‘Add’. You can make your wishlist public and share it via social media if you tick the ‘Public wishlists, can be viewed by anyone, but only while this feature is enabled’ checkbox. put. Share your wish lists on social media, who knows maybe someone will see it and your wish will soon come true. 🙂

MIANTI.ch appreciates your trust and uses the utmost care and the highest security standards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access. Your order, personal data and payment details are protected by technical security systems and additional authorization procedures. This both when transferring the data and when storing it on our servers.

Use of Your Data

During data processing, your interests worthy of protection are always taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions. We process your personal data for order processing and for maintaining customer relationships and do not transmit them to third parties. If we make an advance payment, e.g. in the case of a purchase on account, we may obtain credit information from a credit agency on the basis of mathematical-statistical processes to protect our legitimate interests. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to the credit agency and use the information received about the statistical probability of non-payment for a balanced decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship. Upon request, we will be happy to inform you which credit agencies we use for this. Furthermore, we use and process your personal data to maintain customer relationships and for our own marketing purposes.

Technical standards

We use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with 256-bit encryption for data transfer. This technology offers maximum security and is therefore also used, for example, by banks for data protection in online banking. You can tell that data is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of a key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

Security in payment transactions

All payment methods are comprehensively protected by the security standards mentioned above. If you pay by credit card, we have added additional security: We grant you this by requesting the credit card security number during the ordering process under ‘Payment method’. You can find the three-digit card security number in the signature field on the back of your credit card. All credit card and Paypal/TWINT payments are processed via secure connections on the provider’s servers. MIANTI.ch does not store any credit card data or passwords at Paypal/TWINT.

Authorization, modification and deletion of personal data

You can view and edit your own data at any time in the ‘customer account’ area using your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link in the login mask, which will take you to a form which you should fill out and then click on the ‘Send’ button. This is also risk-free if a third party tries to gain access to your data, as they may know your username. In any case, it will be sent to your e-mail address, which only you have access to. Please note: You should not pass your password on to third parties, always log out of your personal account after use and use SSL encryption as part of the ordering process whenever it is offered by us.

Use of cookies

Cookies are small files used as identifiers. MIANTI.ch transmits this to your computer’s hard drive using your web browser and can read it out during your current visit to MIANTI.ch and on subsequent visits. Our cookies are protected against being read by third parties using the security standards of your browser. While our short-term cookies (“session cookies”) are unencrypted, we use pseudonymization for permanent cookies to protect your data. Cookies enable our systems to recognize your browser and, for example, only show you our advertising for special offers a limited number of times. In this way we would like to prevent us from showing you too much advertising unnecessarily and to tailor our offer to your interests. Use of tracking pixels

Information about our customers is very important to us and helps to continuously optimize our website. For this reason, we use so-called tracking pixels (small graphics) on our website. If a page is opened, the tracking pixel is loaded from a server on the Internet and registered with us using the IP address you are using and, if applicable, your cookie ID. In this way, MIANTI.ch can determine which websites our customers have visited and which actions have been carried out. Should the delivered goods not meet your expectations, we guarantee you a 14-day right of return. Only unused products in their original packaging can be returned.

Defective Products and Returns

MIANTI.ch packs all products with great care to avoid any damage during transport. If, despite this, you receive a defective product, we ask that you report this directly to your post office. If a product is not perfect in terms of content, we ask that you contact MIANTI.ch immediately so that we can examine the case individually and discuss how to proceed with you.
